Mine is my Granny’s Brunswick Stew. We do have some versions of this in her handwriting, but they’re all different! My sister and I have been trying to recreate her recipe and we’ve come pretty close. Of course, this was from back in the day when we raised and butchered our own hogs, so she used every part that was leftover - went right into the meat grinder! I don’t have a hog’s head laying around, so I just go with a pork roast.
